Our first innovative concept restaurant, Cha Cha, is opening soon!

Cha Cha is a concept restaurant inspired by the history of tea in China. Our food is artfully crafted and presented in a way that highlights the delicate flavors of tea and which doesn’t compete or overpower the main ingredient of a dish. At Cha Cha, you’ll find tea leaves used in ways similar to that of dried herbs, or maybe to smoke fish, or even infused in a sauce or cocktail. We don’t see tea as just a drink, but rather it is the centerpiece around which life is lived in China and for how our food is created and experienced. In the kitchen at, you’ll often hear us say chá chá wéi míng (察察为明) which means “pay attention to the details”. This is important to us, and we know it will be appreciated by our guests.
